I considered australia, turkey, france, and spain. There were so many options i got confused. I cannot pay more than 500$ per month so what's your advice for me ?

500$ per month is not a single shit for such locations. I've been in the Netherlands and paid 430 $ per month just as rent for the 3 by 1.5 meters room I occupied which was 2 km from the city center. So as you can Imagine everything else was also too expensive.
Point is do not consider such countries. Aim for the poorer ones, like those of the previous Soviet Union. I know too many fellow Lebanese dudes who went to Ukraine and Russia.
