Well, I recently scraped my face after getting pushed onto a log by accident while i was playing Tag. I'm just wondering if the scraped part of my face will get lighter, darker. I am very curious because I don't want something that looks like a scar or having the scraped part of my face really light when it heals. I would like to get better information because my mom says that I will have a lighter skin on the scrape when it heals. Help me out please, thanks!

As long as the scrap wasn't too deep, and it heals well without any infections or other complications, it should go away completely. I've been cut, scraped, bruised, and dragged all over the place throughout my life so far and the only times any of my injuries resulted in noticable markings after healing was when I either needed stitches, or they didn't heal very well (one I kept accidentally scratching the scab off of). If its just a light scrape, keep it clean and you should see it completely disappear!
