If I take a domain by using a trademark website(like: yahooshop.com, googleflower.com) is good/bad?

"Good" and "bad" are opinions. Opinions are like butts: everybody has one and most of them stink. Legally, a brand name or trademark is identified by a capital letter. Website urls don't have capital letters, so there is no protection: a site name belongs to whomever gets it.
