If parents of two different nations have a child. Would the child be considered another nationality?

What exactly do you mean?
Depending on the countries laws where the parents live the child would either automatically become a national of that country as well as both or at least one of the parents countries national as well. Or the child would just be a national of one or both parents home country. Children from those parents usually are citizens of several countries by birth.

There is no straight answer. Many names are made up such as mestizo, mullato, halfbreed, etc. In most cases nobody cares enough to make up a special name. Nationality may or may not be carefully defined. Often it is no more than where a person was raised.
