Often shaggy hair on a man is considered unprofessional. I was curious if there is an equivalent 'unprofessional' hairstyle for women? Things to consider to help define this: there are U.S. military haircut regulations; often you don't see male CEO's of large corporations sporting the shaggy cut.  Is there any hairstyle that comes close to this in the women's realm?

Long hair that you have to keep tossing or playing with.
