If u were a woman with electrical powers?

I am currently writing a scifi fantasy story about a young woman who has electrical powers. She can choose to shoot lightning bolts from her hands or she could electrocute a man with her breasts at short range or direct contact. If u are a woman would u use this power? If so which way would u use it? Would u electrocute a man or just shock him?'
