If your american girl doll is retired, can she get a new head at the american girl doll hospital?

Yes she can! I've sent my GOTY 2006 doll, Jess there. I got Jess in 2006 when I was around 4-5. She was my first AG doll. However her hair got frizzy after 8 years so I sent her to the AG doll hospital and now she has a beautiful new head! So don't worry, you can get a new head for any doll, retired or still being sold. yes you can i have the doll Elizabeth. I had her for a long time and OH MY GOD HER HAIR IS A MESS! When you get them rewig which is a new head and they get the same head.
