I am a 14 years old female smoker in Holland. I smoke a pack of kent menthols now. (they dont smell so bad) But I want to tell my parents I smoke. Just becaus I am sick of keep sneeking out house go to the woods and have my relaxt smoke. than get rid of some odors and go back to the house. My problem is thow my parents dont smoke..... So what is the best way to tell my parents? I am thinking to light a cigarette after dinner. Or just buy a pack of marlboros red (they are very noticeble) and put it in my vest pocket so everybody can see. someone got experience with this? Tell me! I'll keep posting how it went.

Ey we al start out keeping it a secreat. Jst finish dinner get up tel u parents I'm going 4 a smoke brb . Thn jst walk dnt turn around wal strat out and smoke yes u will get shit bt I'm mean we all do tel ur parents hw u started and why bt only whn they confront u and tel thm u like it and u r going 2 contnue and u jst couldn't keep lying 2 thm so ja ...good luck
I'm thirteen I was in the same situation a few weeks ago, your parents probably already have suspicions that you smoke because you obv smell of it sometimes aha, but instead of going all the way to the woods why not go out your garden or something? but anyway this is what I did~ I left a note by my mums bed ready for when she went to bed and it said 'mum I smoke, I'm so so sorry but I'm used to it now & I've tried to stop but I can't, I know you were going to get mad so I decided to stay over my friends for a few days, I hope you understand, you can text me if you need me, I love you loads&I don't want this to ruin our relationship:( anyway bye I'm sorry if I let you down xx' then after this I got a few texts saying get home now and everything but then after a night and a bit she calmed down and texted back saying that she understands my situation and she's not mad etc then I went home and we gave eachother the biggest hug ever! it was great now since then ive been allowed to smoke but just not infront of her because that would break her heart. Anyway If you don't think that's a good idea I've got a lot more so message me back if you want to know ok:) good luck on whatever you do anyway!
