Is cheesecake crust good past expiration date? Like far off expiration date?

I made a cheesecake with a crust I had in my  cupboard  And the date was two years ago I didn't realize this till after the fact of making and eat it. It doesn't taste look or smell bad at all but I need an opinion on this please.

I never heard of a cheesecake with a crust so I don't actually know what you are talking about. Is this a flour product? Flour products stay good as long as the package is not opened. Even a small hole in the package allows oxygen to mix with the shortening and you will notice the stink when you open it. Other than that, it's good forever.
