I work as an assistant manager at a tea shop. One of my responsibilities includes scheduling shift to my employees. The problem with this is that there is another assistant manager that I also have to schedule with. I just think that having 2 people on schedule duty is just inefficient and chaotic. We both get messages from our employees and it gets confusing when I want to make a schedule change. Also if I want to make a change in the schedule I have to confirm it with the other guy. Just feel like we are wasting a lot of time too. Not a big store, we have a bit less than 30 employees.
