Hi I am 19 and my younger 14 year old brother has been telling me he has been feeling pressured from his friends to smoke tobacco cigarettes containing nicotine, I told him that instead I can buy him herbal cigarettes so he won't feel left out. But now thinking about it would this be illegal and even if it is should I countinue to give it to him for his own sake?

In my personal opinion, you shouldn't give any minor any form of cigarettes.
Your situation depends on the herbs and where you live.
If the herb is weed and you live in a state where it's illegal to own unless medically prescribed, then yes, you should definitely stop giving him them.
If it's a different herb I'm unaware of, check your states by-laws and see how legal it is.
