it might be your id card that you carry around to verify who you are photo id is what i think their talking about something you can use to get a photo id card it just tells people who you are can be used to cash checks or apply for other things you may need to prove who you are no i dont think there would be a id number on your birth certificate but you can use it to get a photo id card i do know that
