You are talking about rubber words, with bendable meanings. In politics anything is true if you keep saying it, and nothing is true if you can't be forced to admit it. In philosophy truth has nothing to do with nothing; the only thing that matters is whose opinion agrees with yours. A theory is an attempt to explain an observation, but in politics and philosophy it is used to mean a strategy to deal with people who disagree with your philosophy.
