That is higher than in other areas, but now is not a good time to be selling in California. You can check with other agents. Maybe you'll get a better deal and maybe not.
Thanks for your advice mate. One of my friend also suggest me, hiring a local realtor is always a better option for selling your home. Now I'm searching for a local realtor in Irvine.

Can you please tell me how much should I pay the estate agent? I have just consulted with an agent and he ask me to pay 8% of the whole transaction.
