Is this classfied as bullying?

I'm not going to report them or anything because they're my friends... and I know I just need to deal with it maturely. The last thing I want is to cause any kind of trouble. I just want to know if you think it classifies as bullying.

My friends often do or say things and I do think they realise how it impacts on me. They constantly walk off leaving me alone, they don't include me in things, they laugh or make jokes about my religious beliefs, they call me "nerd" constantly and even shout it out at me during class. Is this bullying? Or am I getting upset over nothing? Either way, it doesn't really matter. I'm just curious to see what everyone's opinion is on the situation.

yea it can be taken as bullying the way they make fun of you and the way they call you names theses you can't really call any of them friends you could really find others that don't act like that its not fair to you to be involved in a group like this.

I think yes, but you should tell them how you feel! I had the same problem like a year ago and it really helped telling them about it.

Hi. I was just wanting to say if you would like some advice on what to do and someone to talk to then theres a great site called bulliesout.com. I use it myself. There is a chat room on there but u would have to register first. It is completely safe and there are mentors online from 6pm who will be willing to talk with you about this. They really are lovely. That's harassment if they're making fun of you religious beliefs.Im a Christian and no one should never make fun of your beliefs and you shall be forever proud of who you are.plus that is bullying.

they way they are treating you is a type of bulling but don't let it get to you, find better friend if they are so rude, if you wanna be there friend sit down and talk to them about it

Hi! I'm Vermin and I focus my time on this website to kids and teens with problems.
Yes, I think it classifies as bullying. Them calling you "Nerd" during class is embarrassing and NOT funny. Your religious beliefs are YOUR business, not theirs. 
Don't be nervous to tell an adult. If you don't want them to find out you told on them, ask the adult to say, "I've been noticing..." And then have the adult go on about their bullying. 
Don't feel bad about telling, you're doing the right thing!
