aznmom's answer: Where do you get protein? You need to eat nuts, cashews or peanuts, if you are not eating meat any more. Also milk for vitamin D if you are not vegan.

I found a couple small bugs on my couch and I have 3 dogs. It is not a tick or flea?

aznmom's answer: If you saw them by sight and they moved slowly, they are probably ticks and you need to be very careful. Get rid of them and check your dogs for signs of ticks!
