Mom and Dad have four daughters, and each daughter has one brother. How many people are in the family?
I'm pretty sure it's ten.
2 parents + 4 daughters + 1 brother = 7
If there were four brothers in the family then each daughter would have four brothers.
There are 7 people in that family.
Well there's the mom and dad, then the four daughters. That's six. There's one brother for each sister. That's ten.
The answer is 7. You don't include 4 boys into the family. If you did then...................
2+4+4+1=11 that's not right there wouldn't be 11 people in the family there would be only 7. Just because it says "Each daughter has one brother", doesn't mean you include 4 boys into the scenario. It's 7. If you want to put my answer down as a minus, go ahead and it's fine by me but this thing is a RIDDLE! You don't include the 4 boys. There is only 1 boy involved.
its 7 cause 4 kids have only 1 brother and 2 parents
The answer is 7 because 4 + 2 = 6 + 1 = 7
The answer is 7 because you have 4 daughters + 2 parents + 1 brother = 7 family members.
7 - Mum, Dad, 4 Daughters, 1 Son. the son is related to all the daughters so therefor he is a brother to all of them.
The answer is 7 because you have one son in all. That makes 1 + 4 + 2 and that equals 7.
its sure that is 7 members
