Im wish to make a movie streaming service that strips off content from uploading sites like megafire and youtube ect.. i will never have control of the file i just index them.when the file gets removed the softwere witch the site runs on will grab a working file and use html codes to frame the file in my video player will i be able to do this?? I think so - ask well im 16 - 17 soon.

Sadly this would invalidate their terms of service, in particular 5.1.A:
"you agree not to distribute any part of or parts of the Website or the Service, including but not limited to any Content, in any medium without YouTube's prior written authorisation, unless YouTube makes available the means for such distribution through functionality offered by the Service (such as the YouTube Player);"
I know you're not strictly distributing in the sense of taking and giving but they talk about "means for distribution" which I think covers it.
