If you have proof that the a screenshot was taken of the picture, I think it's fair to assume that the person you sent the snapchat to took a screenshot. So you would be right.
Wrong, snapchat has a glitch that sometimes says someone screenshotted when in actuallity they did not. Its how the person presses the photo, i would not think much into it. Chances are it was just the glitch, and if you dont belive him ask to see his camera roll
