Charlie is a male grey cockatiel that is about 3-5 years old. He lives in a cage with a female cockatiel, Jingle. They fight a lot, but only pecking. We don't have much information about him, we got him from a couple that was moving away, they got Jingle first, then Charlie. They didn't work with him much. He is aggressive, biting at our fingers whenever we get near him. Anyway, It looks like one of Charlie's wings is shorter than the other. It seems like molting, but what about the other wing? it's fine, a normal wing. He can't fly anymore, whenever he tries, he just jumps up about 2 in. off the floor and flaps a few times but it fails and he falls to the ground. It's not a bad clipping, his wing isn't growing back. It's just getting worse. Can anyone explain what is wrong with his wing?
