My computer is acting funky and slow?

At first I thought it was with my internet connection, but nothing was wrong with my connection. Then I thought it was my internet browser so I upgraded to Google chrome thinking it would be better.It didn't help. It is still pausing and loading on videos every 30 seconds and being slow. Anybody got an idea of whats going on and how can I fix it?

You probably have to many files or one GIANT file clogging up your RAM. For me, I had some crappy antivirus thing that was making my videos do exactly what you described in your question, and when I deleted it, my computer ran just fine

have you check the memory of your computer maybe there are too many files on it that is why its acting so slow
