I tried the wrong password too many times, so i try to do an account recovery but nothing happens. It asks me to change my password so I do that, then it asks me to verify thru text or alternate email, so i use the alternate email and it sends me a code. So i enter the code and after that it says, ok now change your password. So i change my password and try to log in. Then i get the whole run-around all over again. This has happened 4 times now. Anybody have any idea how I get that email account back? Anyone know where I can actually talk to someone from microsoft to figure it out? It seems like they don't even want to be contacted.
