His piercing still won't be fully healed when he has to take them out

His piercings have to stay in for like, 6 weeks. Once that time is up, he can then take them out for at least a couple hours if he doesn't mind pushing them back into his ears with a bit of force as I have done. It doesn't hurt, it's just a pain in the a** to have to do every time.
He can, but only for a couple hours or so, and it would be smart to put the earrings back in for a couple minutes every time his couple hours is up. Just to ensure that his holes don't close up. I'm getting this information from my mom. She says lots of people are different when it comes to this, but it's better to be safe rather than sorry.
