Her mom lives in Canada and I live in Florida and my mom and dad have passed so what do I do

You stick with your wife man.... you married her because you love her & you're willing to take care of her . Even if that means things a little bit harder or a little bit inconvenient - you stand by your wife and take care of her when she needs you. She just BROKE HER BACK??? Do have any idea what that means? You've probably came within an inch of losing her - I'd be spending as much time as I possibly can with her right now. Be a man for god sake...
Fair enough I understand, but at the end of the day that's life, your not living in a fairy tale - we've all got tough decisions to make that we don't like but we have to make them. Whats more important your sponsors or your wife? I've a fair idea which one is more easy to replace and/or live without.....
