i've literally tried over 6 - 10 weight loss diets and workout routines. tae bo seems to be the only workout i enjoy doing and i do get results when i'm working out, but i was watching them on youtube and now the good videos are gone. i want some good homemade recipes that i could use that are simple but make you loose weight fast.
NOTE: i've also tried weight watchers, atkins, the rice diet and all that bull crap that never works on me. at this point as long as the risks aren't too high i'm willing to try most anything.
