I have a sensitive gut and worry about almost everything like when I get in trouble (which is rare but still) or bad grades (again really rare) in English I got a bad grade and can't stop thinking about it. I'm in 6 th grade and I don't know what to do please help!
Maybe it would be worth looking into some simple relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation. The best way to not worry is not over-think things and focus on things that make you happy. Also, if you believe you are getting bad grades then that could be the main cause of your stress and it could help you to get a tutor or something or the sort.

You might have anxiety, it's very normal but I wouldn't rush to conclusions. Sit your parents or guardian down and have a serious talk with them and tell them exactly how this is becoming a big problem. If that fails take it into your own hands and just try to relax. Drink some hot tea and become organized. When you feel stressed you should have a go to activity to relieve some of that stress such as painting, writing, playing video games, go outside and sit. Anything! I hope you start to feel better soon.
