I'm 16 and I had a baby November 3 2012 and now to find out I might be pregnant again. The baby I had in November I did a open adoption...and this one I'm going to keep. How do I tell my mom and dad plz help?

The best way is to be open and honest. Just sit them down and say "I've got something to tell you". You might get an initial lecture about responsibility and safe sex (which I'm not going to lecture you about, although I would say that pregnancy should be seen as something you choose to do, not something that just happens out of the blue). You might get anger or disbelief. This will probably be down to their shock.
If you do get a bad reaction for a while, wait it out. They'll come around to the idea. They're your parents. They'll eventually (I'd imagine) want to help out and do what they can for you.
