My advice would be, it wasn't right, you want someone who loves you and would never leave you, if he is now seeing someone else then you need to be strong and move forward, going back to a past boyfriend is never a good idea. Always move forward in life and never look back. You may love him still but the best way to get over someone who didn't care enough to stay in your life, is to show him you still have a fun happy life without him and it's his loss! Seriously doubt it, he's obviously moved on and made it clear before that there wasn't a "spark" between the two of you. You may feel something but he doesn't and it takes two to make a relationship work. You can't force these things, you can't amke him "feel" teh spark that you do so you have to forget about it and move on as well.
It's wisdom of yours not to think and fret about the fickle hearted ex. He left means he hasn't the heart for your eternal and permanent stay. If you try to get him back, there is most likely chance of going away again. So forget him. He doesn't love you anymore, doesn't deserve your love.
