Hello! I would like to know whats the best way to lose belly fat and get that 6-pack,
I lost 60 pounds and i still got that fat layer.I read that following a low carb diet and doing cardio,HIIT exercices and weight lifting can help me reach that goal way faster.Can you please tell me what should i do? Low carb diets are something that i can not understand since all food have carbs.. :/ Thanks for your time!
P.S.I already do Hiit Cardio and weight lifting
