i got a half centimeter cut by kind of rusted scissors, will i get infected with anything? Only one side of the scissors are rusted and its like rust that you can wipe off with tissues and its gone.

Rust has nothing to do with it. What matters is whether some disease organism is present. If the cut is not deep, there is very little chance of infection. Washing with soap and water is the first line of defense. If you have some sort of first aid disinfectant, ok, but it's also ok to wait and see if any infection develops.
