Is there any direct relational equation between temperature and power? Can I use Stefan-Boltzmann law to derive temperature of anything by measuring its power?

Work is a force acting through a distance.
Power is work divided by time.
Temperature is random motion. Power might be wasted and converted to heat which might raise temperature and might not. (For instance the heat might go to melt something or change crystal structure, which is not a change in temperature.) So there is no direct relationship between temperature and power.
