no I don't think that is good... when I had it my dad told me to just let it be and it would go away. it did eventually just took a while. but because you put bleach on it I don't know what will happen. I would just wait and if it gets worse get medical attention
I say it would irritate it more. I've had mine. For couple weeks an its spreading real bad all over my body I'm using a tube of cream in 2days..I suggest you visit doctor but stay away from the bleach or you might do more harm than good.x
