I have read that we should stop washing our hair till it squeaks because we are washing all the oil out of it therefore making it dry. I was always told to rinse the suds out of it until it squeaks to get all the soap out of it. Should we not be rinsing it until it sqeaks

Your body is constantly creating oil for your hair. So drying out is rare. Conditioner also helps with that. Once you wash your hair if you use conditioner it puts stuff in your hair you need. It's not necessary for you to go so far. Just rinse until you don't feel soapy anymore.
