I currently work at a job where I find leads for a company but I feel that I can do more. I am trained in office admin and all they have me doing for the past year is lead generation which is just cut and paste and send out template emails. I talked to my supervisor about seeing if there was anything else I can do along with what I am doing just to put some variety in my job He told me I have big jobs coming my way. But when he told me about them they are the same thing I have been doing just in one big chunk.
I was just wondering if I should go and ask his supervisor who is my employer if there is anything else I can do or should I just take whatever I get?
