Hi, I am a 15 year old guy. I had one left knee that would often feel painful and would occasionally swell after running. After slightly taking care of it and letting it recover over time, the pain went away. I don't want the pain to come back and want to be able to run for years to come, but I don't want the consequences of joint pain. I thought this would be a good solution, but need someone to chalange it, or tell me if its a good idea and why. Thank-you. Prevention is the best way to care for injury.
