Small onions are not producing tears?why?

maybe because they have less onion juice, (yes onions have a small amount of juice that floats in the air and makes your eyes water)

maybe the sulfuric acid are already dried up or its already old. Because as far as i know the more the small the onion the more sulfuric acid it has, or it can also be that those are put in the refrigerator before cutting it slows reactions and changes the chemistry inside the onion those are just possible reasons

Maybe they are too young/small to have emotions yet and are unable to produce tears when they cry.
