Customer approved graphic for shirts & placed order online by e-mail.

Customer sent someone else to pick up shirts from store. Merchandise delivered

31 days later customer said they just received shirt and complained about typo error made on t-shirts.

Store owner replied stating. our store policy: Upon pick up please verify your merchandise, once it leaves the store, no claim will be accepted" Also, person who pickup shirt, they signed off on invoice as well says "Once your merchandise has been delivered, no claim will be accepted"

But store owner made mistake so he replied:

Store owner: bring back shirts so we can fix it for you.

Customer: It will cost us $1000 to ship back & forth since shirts are out of country so if you can pay for shipping we'll send them back to fix and send us back.

Store owner: Since shirts were picked up from store not shipped. You must bring shirts in store to fix OR to avoid shipping cost all together we have simple fix which we'll make it for you and with little effort you can apply over typo area.

Customer: Full refund or Print new ones otherwise we'll take you to court.

Store owner: Bring it back for fix or we can send you patch over it to fix.

If this goes to small court, who will win? Store owner or customer?

Customer will say: This is not we approved and we got bad product.
Store owner will say: Our policy to verify merchandise before leaving store. Even we made mistake, order must be verified so we can promptly rectify situation.
