My real question is: what makes a one human individual healthy, that can be measured, besides the height-weight ratio?
If I am going to take a full control of my health, and "be my own physician", what are the things I must measure in some constant intervals?

Exapmles:
- blood preasure
- blood glucose level
- BMI
- Complete Blood Count (CBC) - amounts of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets and iron in your blood
- basic metabolic panel (MBP) - how much glucose and calcium is in your blood, and whether you have the right amount of electrolytes and minerals in your blood
- Blood Enzyme Tests
- Test for hormones level in blood
- number of steps walked daily
- health rate and oxygen saturation
