This question is for people from the US only. I am trying to see what impression people from these two countries have of one another nowadays in a political way and why (a thread or a friend?). (So please avoid answers like "cold" or "bears"). Explanation of the answers will be highly appreciated.

My friend although our country's will never see eye to eye on all issues i believe that we have made great strides since the 60's 70's 80's even the 90's. In my mind i don't fear the Russians, not because i think we could survive a war. But as i have matured and gotten wiser i come to find out that the people of your country want to live a long and prosperous life just like any other American.
