I understand that the four main types of fat are Saturated, Trans, Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated, but do I assume that all the total fat that Isn't specified is simply unsaturated? For example, a Cheetos has roughly one gram of saturated fat, and ten grams of total fat in a serving. Does this mean that the other 9 grams are unsaturated fats? Or is there another type(s) that isn't commonly spoken about?
