You need to get in touch with reality. At least learn what the words mean so you can talk to people. Dye is when you add color, and of course that means the color gets darker. Removing color is called bleaching and the result is some shade of blond, tending toward green, orange, or gray according to the exact chemistry of your hair. You do not "put ash blond on", you remove colors. What is left is random. In most cases you need professional help to get something more than a mess.
