What does "within 5 days before or after" mean? Can it occur on the event's day?

Definite not pregnant, lol. This is regarding my lease and the walkthrough. The lease states that the walkthough shall occur "within 5 days before or after" the tenant's move out date.

normally it means if we are on the same page normal its 3 days before or 3 days after where you can get pregnant but some say 5 days before or 5 days after total about 10 days where you can get pregnant if its something totally different that you talking about then i'm sorry I didn't get it could you please elaborate more so I can tell you about the saying.
