Your wife should avoid eating sweets, meat with rosemary, thyme, oregano these herbs might affect the baby's normal development. Don't eat eggplant's that may cause albomina. Avoid salty foods, medicine not prescribed by doc., avoid smoking and drinking beer, wine, spirits or alcoholic beverages and coffee. just eat good healthy foods.

A pregnant woman should eat a healthy food like vegetables, fruit, meat , fish and chicken :) as well as drinks 6 cups of milk daily and drinks 2L of water :) and don't forget to do alot of exercises daily

You can really eat raw eggs "boiled eggs" at least 2 or 3 eggs daily in your 1st trimester of pregnancy. Salmonella can't contaminate boiled eggs. You just clean the raw eggs with water and soap before boiling. You should not take caffeine and avoid eating papaya while you are still in 1st trimester of pregnancy.
