What happens if a sim gives birth to more than the household can have?

Both my sims have the fertility treatment which means possibility of triplets but my household can have 2 more sims what happens to the third baby?

Answer

It will not go over the household limit. You will not have triplets, only twins. Well as far as I know of. Its been like that with some of the ones i played.
