What is diabetes?

Diabetes is a Hormonal Disorder/Imbalance/Disease where the individual's Pancreas does not secrete enough Insulin, the hormone responsible for telling cells to stop converting digested food into simple sugars that can be metabolized.

Most diabetes issues can be treated with monitoring blood sugar levels, maintaining a healthy diet, and taking regular doses of Insulin.
