Is it that you go slower when you jog? How much slower?
Yes jogging you go slower but how much slower depends on who you are, the more fit you are you should be jogging faster than someone who is unfit.

Running can be a slow run. It is when you extend your legs out more than if you are jogging.
Jogging is harder on the knees. You can also have a slow and fast jog but you do not extend the legs as much.
running is quicker than a jog. there are 4 stages, walking, jogging, running and sprinting. you normally jog in a warm up/ cool down for a sport. and you run after a football.
