Hi, I'm from Japan and I've been looking for some application (or website is also okay) where I can do live streaming without camera, for my English speaking practice.
I'm wondering if I can speak while reading the comments in English (few people will come in the beginning tho).
I know some app, but most of them are popular among Japanese so viewers are as well.
necessary conditions about the app (or website)
1. Generally popular among English-speaking world
2. It does not need camera
3. It has comment function
