Lots of trees and a fence to keep rodents out. Depends what type of animals you are looking to rehabilitate.

A Good Wildlife rehabilitation center should care for injured, orphaned, or sick wild animals. To provide the food, housing and medical care of these animals, returning them to the wild after treatment. Rehabilitation center should also take care about the bas human actions like poaching and animal skin smuggling etc.
