What plate boundries are deep sea trenches and which are mid-ocean ridges?

Deep sea trenches form at convergent boundaries when one plate slides underneath the other creating a deep depression. Mid-ocean ridges are formed by divergent boundaries where new basaltic magma up-wells from underneath the crust.
