I'm an owner of a small business. I've been making fences for 20 years now but I became my own boss last year and started my own fence company I am a legal general contractor. Every customer that I have made fences for, repairs or anything fence related have always been happy customers. Recently I made a fence for this one lady who told me she loved the fence work when we finished it but a week later sent me messages stating that her neighbor had a problem with the fence. I then went the next morning to clarify what had been the problem turns out her neighbor was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. (Her neighbor did mention to us that this woman likes to cause problems and no one in the neighborhood likes her due to the fact of how problematic she is.) Everything was fine. 2 months later this woman calls me again exaggerating saying that the fence is mobile that the wood is cracking calling my company names like liars and phonies & that she will sue. In this situation I don't know what to do because the fence is great as well as my low prices. If anyone knows how to help in this situation I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

This is your first time to the guillotine. I was tech and that is all. Air conditioning. One entire small town to me and my boss. Nothing will stop Doug and so it began. I had enough work to keep me busy 18 or twenty hours a day.

Start sending her bills for information given. This is obscene but true some have hate of all.
My town then of Edson was overwhelmed and even trucks would stop and demand my attention.
So sahe complains of having a burger too rare or too burnt weeks beyond. You have her signature for the job done.
Now here is the information you need to complete your own ideas. Prestige is tremendous but one sour apple can destroy or be put aside.
Unfortunately you have a conscious. The signature is a signing of a job well done.
Now this is your chance. Send to her a request to further the help to her fence. A ten contract to replace and warranty all damage of nature especially for her.
Being mocked can turn you off of being the true person you are. People who generate business do get ahead.
I want to find that place where your head hits the pillow of your own bed and says this is a wonderful idea of mine. I have even helped another to become solvent with a job.
One complaint is gone. See you in court is her choice. Or a warranty of 333 dollars for 10 years. To drive her car thru the fence is her problem.

The lady wanted her neighbours to rave of how pleasant the new fence looked. Just as a woman likes to admired for a new hat.
I say outrageous things because they work.
So one miserable old lady holds you back.
To send her a gift card to a local and close place where she can meet others as the winner of the fence contest yearly awarded will make both of you sleep at night in gentle bliss which is alright.
This then becomes newsworthy. Your local tv would love to cover the presentation. So for each year you have to find someone who is like her again and again.
